IMAP welcomes three new members to the Board

IMAP is pleased to announce the appointment of three new members to the IMAP Board: François Wohrer, Olivia M. Ferris, and Gabor Szendroi.

The IMAP Board comprises 10 members elected for four-year terms by the Designated Partners of IMAP and is responsible for establishing the organization’s global strategic direction. Each member brings something unique to the leadership team and together work to ensure that IMAP continues to grow and deliver exceptional value to its clients.

François Wohrer is Group Head of Investment Banking at Degroof Petercam, IMAP partner for France and Belgium, which comprises a team of 130 professionals and is a €90m revenue business he has grown by 17% over the last three years. A member of the Degroof Petercam Group Board, working alongside the firm’s other business areas, François has had an extensive international career, with a wealth of experience in investment banking, leadership and successfully driving corporate strategies. François commented:

“Becoming part of IMAP is extremely important to us and I look forward to being more involved and playing my part in IMAP’s development over the forthcoming years and exploring opportunities for increased global collaboration.”

Olivia M. Ferris, Executive Director at Capstone Headwaters (IMAP USA) is a member of the Capstone Headwaters management team, responsible for executive strategy planning and execution and moving the organization forward. She has considerable operational experience and is highly skilled in bringing culture and expertise together. Olivia said:

“I am delighted to bring increased diversity and inclusiveness to the IMAP Board. I look forward to contributing to the challenges ahead and to working to ensure the culture of IMAP remains in this new virtual environment. I enjoy coming up with plans and getting everyone on the same boat to get there.”

Gabor Szendroi is Managing Partner at Concorde MB Partners (IMAP Hungary). Gabor comes to the Board with a strong management consulting background via McKinsey&Co. and hopes to introduce some of that ethos into IMAP.  He is Co-creator/editor of IMAP’s flagship publication, Creating Value, he also spearheads the global IMAP Knowledge Hub. Gabor said:

“Being part of IMAP enables us to cooperate at an international level to support our own clients. Joining the IMAP Board provides me with the opportunity to support the entire IMAP partnership and deepen our capability for collaboration.”
