IMAP Sweden advises Maintrac on the sale of majority share to Sobro

Sobro has acquired a majority of the shares in Maintrac AB ("Maintrac") a company based in Linköping, Sweden. Maintrac is a fast-growing system integrator who designs, develops and maintains fast, reliable and robust fiber networks. Maintrac's customers are local network operators and larger operators with one thing in common: they own and manage a communications network mainly based on fiber. This network is used as a bearer for communication to households, corporations, schools, etc.

 

Maintrac's solutions are delivered together with market leading software and hardware within communications and provisioning systems. Maintrac provides services based on analysis, network design, expansion, upgrades, performance and operational efficiency.

The five founders of Maintrac – Tor Borrhed, Jan Svanteson, Anders Mielonen, Lars Göransson och Frank Bekamp will remain as significant shareholders and the operative operations will not change by the new owner structure.
