IMAP is pleased to announce that Denmark based electronics manufacturing company BB Electronics acquired 100% of the shares of Wendell electronics. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. IMAP Czech Republic advised Wendell electronics throughout the entire transaction process
Founded in 1975, BB Electronics is today one of Scandinavia’s leading service companies in the field of electronics production and aims to be a leader in automation and logistics, as well as innovative communications and commercial solutions. The company’s services are used in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, IT, medical technology and transportation. BB Electronics has revenues of over EUR 60 million and employs 550 employees in Denmark and China.
Wendell electronics, established in 2002, is as a leading Czech electronic manufacturing service provider. The company serves many large international customers. In 2018 a new modern manufacturing plant was built in Lanskroun, hub of the electronics sector in the Czech Republic. The company has 130 employees and in 2018 reached EUR 12.9 million in revenues.
