Edward Lecomte started his professional career at Degroof Petercam Investment Banking (Belgium) in July 2020 after having completed long-term internships within Degroof Petercam’s Corporate Finance team and at Fortino Capital. At Bank Degroof Petercam, he works on M&A transactions, in a buy and sell-side role, capital market transactions as well as on advisory assignments.
Edward has recently been involved in several transactions as:
‒Adviser to the Board of Directors of Orange Belgium in the €316m public takeover bid by Orange.
‒Adviser to the Board of Directors of Zenitel in the €84m public takeover bid by 3d investors.
Edward holds a master’s degree in Business Engineering from the Catholic University of Leuven and an advanced master’s degree in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School.
