Franck Silvent is a Managing Partner at Degroof Petercam Investment Banking and has been with the firm since 2017.Prior to joining Degroof Petercam Finance, between 2013 and 2017, Franck was head of the Finance, Strategy and Investment Division at French financial institution Caisse des Dépôts. He previously lead Compagnie des Alpes (listed company being an European leader in the leisure sector) from 2009 to 2012 after a four-year role as Executive Director in charge of Finance, Strategy and Development. He worked for government from 1998 to 2002.
Franck has an extensive experience in complex M&A transactions in a large variety of sectors with a particular focus on real estate, utilities, infrastructures and public sector related deals.
Franck graduated from Ecole Nationale d’Administration and Sciences Po Paris.
