Guido is Vice-President and Mezzanine Fund Co-Manager and has been part of the SUMMA Asesores Financieros (IMAP Peru) team since 1997.
He has led several advisories for the Peruvian Government in privatizations and concessions, as well as in many others for the private sector in relation to valuations, debt issuances, merger and acquisitions, among others.
Guido holds a MSc in Management with a focus in Finance from Purdue University (USA) and Bachelor Degree in Management from Universidad del Pacífico.
He is also a part time Professor at Post-graduate school of the Universidad ESAN.
