Before joining Brasilpar in 2014, Guilherme Paulino was a Founding Partner of Vergent Partners, M&A boutique with over 13 years of experience and R$15 billion of completed transactions. There he advised GOL on the acquisition of Webjet, on the evaluation of Varigfor GOL and Bank Boston assets in Latin America to Itaú, as well as structuring the agreement of Smiles co-branding with Bradesco and Banco do Brasil.
Guilherme holds a Degree in Business from Fundação Getulio Vargas in São Paulo, Brazil.
