Henning Graw is a Member of the Executive Board of IMAP in Germany and has over 20 years of expertise in corporate finance, having initiated and led acquisitions, disposals and capital market raising exercises, across a wide variety of industries and markets. He has successfully advised on over 70 M&A transactions for families, large international corporations and financial investors.
Prior to joining IMAP, Henning founded his own M&A boutique in 2010 and successfully established the (Distressed) M&A Business Unit for Rödl & Partner. Previous to this, he spent 4 years with DC Advisory (fka Close Brothers), managing various international M&A transactions and before that, he worked for TMC Turnaround Management Consult, establishing and implementing reorganizational concepts. He also focuses on special and radical change situations.
Henning studied Business Administration in Dortmund and Amsterdam.
