Karl Fesenmeyer has been President of IMAP in Germany (based in Mannheim) since co-founding the firm in 1997. Prior to his advisory career, he gained over 15 years of experience in several executive positions including Deputy CFO at Fuerstenberg Brauerei (brewery), Director and CFO at Fuchs Systems (equipment and machinery) and Managing Shareholder at Biffar (market leader in residential doors).
Karl has been involved in China-related transactions over 10 years and established the IMAP Germany China Desk in 2011.
Karl is a former Chairman and current Board Member of IMAP.
Karl advises family owned businesses and corporations across a variety of industries looking to sell their businesses and is specialized in international transactions. He also advises clients on strategic growth projects via acquisition, with a key focus on the manufacturing industry.
Karl holds a Master’s Degree in Economics & Business Administration.
