In the last 10 years, László has led over a dozen successful M&A transactions, including MBI and LBO transactions in the Industrials, Consumer Staples, IT and Retail sectors. In addition, he has provided support on many M&A deals and managed a large number of company valuation projects.
His sector experience includes: Industrials (including specifically Machinery, Automotive, Construction and Engineering subsegments) and Telecommunications.
László graduated in 2007 from the Corvinus University of Budapest, where he majored in Investment Analysis and Risk Management, while his minor was Investment and Network Expansion.
