Massimo Insalaco

Massimo has executed several M&A and financial restructuring transactions, both Italian and cross border, with a focus on the Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Logistics, Transportation, Restructuring and Automotive sectors. He has extensive experience in complex financial restructuring transactions, including proceedings regulated by the bankruptcy law.

Previously he was in the Montedison Group and has worked as a Chartered Accountant.

His practice areas are M&A, joint ventures, restructurings and financial advisory.

Massimo is a graduate in Business Administration at the Bocconi University of Milan and is also a qualified Chartered Accountant and Auditor.
