Mikko is a Partner at Carner Corporate Finance. His expertise is in managing both sell and buy-side mandates in M&A projects, originating deals, and designing and negotiating optimal deal structures. His areas of expertise are the TMT, Business Services and Retail & Trade sectors. He has previously worked in various finance roles in the construction industry.
Mikko holds a master’s degree in Finance from the Helsinki School of Economics (Aalto University).
