Pelino is a Managing Director at MPA. He is focused on assisting clients in the energy, utilities, infrastructure and public sectors, to meet strategic and financial challenges, such as mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, restructuring and project partnerships. In addition, he has provided expert advice to governments and agencies and has appeared as an expert witness before regulatory tribunals.
Prior to joining the firm, Pelino served in government as the Chief of Staff to the Ontario Minister of Energy and previously spent more than 10 years in management, policy and communications consulting in Canada and the United States. There he advised clients across a wide range of sectors, including energy, transportation, telecommunications and healthcare.
Pelino has a BA and LLB, both from the University of Toronto.
