Radek has over 20 years of experience in the field of finance and investment banking. He began his career in Atlantik financni trhy, a leading local securities broker. He then founded his own consultancy firm, which specialized in corporate finance consultancy, company valuation and investment projects.
Radek has been a Partner at IMAP Redbaenk since 2006. During his career he has managed numerous M&A transactions across a wide range of sectors.
He has experience in the Industrials, Chemicals, Agriculture, Real Estate, Member of IMAP Telecommunications and High Technology Industry Group sectors.
Radek has a Master’s Degree in Management and Economics and a PhD in Finance from Mendel University in Brno, Czech Republic.
