Sergio Milic

Sergio is the Director of South Andes Capital (IMAP Chile). He joined the firm in 1994, specializing in the area of corporate finance and participating in the group that advised Codelco on the sale of a controlling stake in Tocopilla, the largest power station in Chile.

From 1996-1997 he worked at the European Merchant Bank, Kleinwort Benson, in London on the Project and Export Finance and Equity Capital Markets teams.Sergio has extensive experience and a strong record of successful transactions in Energy and Power. He has also participated in numerous advisory mandates and transactions, mainly in Mining, Banking, Ports, Electricity and Water sectors, both in Chile and abroad.

Sergio graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile as a Civil Engineer, specializing in Economics and Electricity and holds an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile’s School of Business.
