Tomislav Boban

Tomislav joined IMAP in 2014 and is a Partner at the Zagreb office. He is responsible for the preparation of transaction documents, contacts with investors and clients, managing due diligence processes and the preparation of financial models and valuations.

Prior to joining IMAP, Tomislav gained 2 years experience working as an Assistant (Teaching Fellow) specialized in financial institutions and markets for the Department of Finance at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb, Croatia, where he is now an occasional guest lecturer. He also completed 6 months as an intern at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants d.o.o.

Tomislav holds a Master's Degree in Finance and a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Zagreb in Croatia. He is a certified Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst at CFI (Corporate Finance Institute) and candidate for CFA.
