IMAP advises on the sale of a producer of stainless steel valves for the food and beverage industry

The KIESELMANN FLUID PROCESS GROUP acquires Wilhelm Guth Ventiltechnik GmbH & Co. KG in Landau.

By means of insolvency proceedings by insolvency administrator Peter Depré, the KIESELMANN FLUID PROCESS GROUP, based in Knittlingen, Germany, acquired the assets of Wilhelm Guth Ventiltechnik GmbH & Co. KG ("guth Ventiltechnik") with headquarters in Landau.

Guth Ventiltechnik manufactures stainless steel valves and fittings, which are used as process components in the beer and beverages, wine, dairy and food industries, as well as in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and cosmetics.

The KIESELMANN FLUID PROCESS GROUP produces and develops process components and process plants for liquid media for the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. It has grown dynamically in recent years not only organically, but also through investments in various companies and with a turnover of more than €150 m and over 850 employees, it is one of the leading companies in the relevant market segments both in Germany and internationally.

The acquisition of guth Ventiltechnik by the KIESELMANN FLUID PROCESS GROUP secures the continuation of business operations in Landau as well as a large number of jobs.
