IMAP Italy (Vitale & Co.) assisted to the sellers in the sale of Targetti Sankey S.p.A., company leader in the indoor and outdoor architectural lighting sector. IDeA Corporate Credit Recovery I, first italian DIP (Debtor-in-Possession) Financing close-end fund, managed by IDeA Capital Funds SGR, has completed the investment in Targetti Sankey S.p.A. in the contest of a debt restructuring process of the company, which in 2016 generated revenues of approx. € 50 million, with ca. 300 people and two production plants in Italy, and has a strong international presence through its subsidiaries in USA, UK, France, Spain, Russia and China.
