IMAP advises HC Electronics on its sale to Genesis Capital

IMAP is pleased to announce that container and modular construction manufacturer, Moravia Containers, has acquired 100% of the shares of modular systems producer, Contimade.
As a result of this acquisition, the Moravia Containers Group now consists of three highly established and reputable Czech manufacturers of modular buildings, namely: Contimade, Imecon Containers and Pegas Container. This newly expanded group is now the largest manufacturer of containers and modular buildings in the Czech Republic, having generated €58 million between them in 2020, with 90% of products exported to Western Europe. Moravia Containers now aims to become one of the leading companies in the European modular building sector.
The IMAP team in the Czech Republic, led by Radek Schmied, Petr Svarc and Petr Sedlar, exclusively advised Moravia Containers during the purchase process.
