Deepesh is a member of the Equity Capital and M&A Advisory function working on executing and placing transactions. He has been actively involved in some of the largest transactions in the Middle East, including IPOs, Bonds issuances, debt advisory, cross-border M&A, and private placements across multiple sectors. He has over 20 years of experience, including 8 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, structuring, and valuations in the Middle East.
Prior to joining Alpen Capital, he worked with SNB Capital, Saudi Arabia’s largest investment bank. Deepesh’s varied experience also includes a six-year stint with the Indian Army.
