Graham Cooke joined IMAP in October 2023 as a Partner and Head of UK Debt Advisory. Graham has many years of experience in banking, corporate finance, and debt advisory. Most notably within NatWest and most recently at finnCap Cavendish.
Graham's previous roles at NatWest included Director in Large Corporate Banking, Senior Director in Mid-Market Structured Finance, and National Head for SME Origination. At NatWest Graham, he led numerous debt financings for high-profile corporate clients including Inchcape, Pendragon, The Co-Operative Group, and Carphone Warehouse. During his four years at finnCap Cavendish, Graham helped launch debt advisory and once again led numerous debt financings for clients including Kape, Iofina, and Ideagen.
