Ivan Alvir

Ivan joined IMAP in 2023 and is an Associate Director at the Zagreb office. He is responsible for the preparation of transaction documents, contacts with investors and clients, managing due diligence processes and the preparation of financial models and valuations.

Prior to joining IMAP, Ivan gained more than 6 years of experience and practice working in Financial Advisory department of Mazars Croatia on projects mainly in Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Slovenia and Serbia and as a team member he also collaborated on projects in Western Europe. During his career he was involved in due diligence projects, valuation projects, M&A sell side projects and external CFO projects.

Ivan holds a Master’s Degree in Business Analysis and Planning and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Zagreb. He is a regular attendee of the ACCA program, within which he achieved the best global result on the Performance Management exam and is a regular lecturer at the preparatory course of the Croatian Society of Appraisers.
