Timo is a Director, Head of Analysis at Carner Corporate Finance. He is responsible for information memorandums, financial modeling, company analysis, valuations, market research, and due diligence process coordination. Timo has been involved in multiple international M&A transactions in various industries such as ICT, the marine industry, and industrials. Timo joined Carner in 2017. Before that, he was a PwC’s Corporate Finance team member. He has also worked for Wärtsilä, a publicly listed company that provides smart technologies for the marine and energy markets.
Timo holds a master’s degree in Finance from Aalto University School of Business.
