Zdenek has over 7 years of experience in corporate finance and M&A advisory. Zdenek worked on more than 10 successfully completed M&A transactions, including, sell-side and buy-side engagements and international cross-border deals. As a team member of the IMAP Redbaenk, he has experience with working for large international corporate clients, family office, private equity funds and owners of well-known private businesses.
Zdenek has M&A experience with transaction completed across variety of sectors, including; building products, education, consumer staples, industrials, real estate, retail and technology.
Zdenek graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with great distinction (Magna cum laude) and received degree in Finance. Zdenek is a CFA charterholder and has completed several professional courses on financial modelling and valuation issues.
