As a strategic Advisor, Jason is responsible for working with clients to identify their sustainable competitive advantage and deeply understanding their value proposition. Jason joined the firm as a Strategic Advisor for the Life Sciences sector with a particular focus on medical device design and manufacturing companies and connected medicine technologies. Prior to joining FRG, Jason was President / General Manager of multiple $300-$500M specialty manufacturing businesses within DJO Global (now Enovis) and Saint-Gobain which served customers in Med Tech, Life Sciences, and other technically demanding industries. In these P&L leadership roles, he acquired & integrated complementary businesses, launched & grew new product and service offerings, implemented organizational restructurings to right-size teams and build capabilities for the future, transformed supply chain performance, and drove substantial improvements in profitability. Jason has also held leadership positions in sales, business development, M&A, marketing, and sales in large companies, start-ups, and consulting environments. His learning agility, breadth of experience, and practical “midwestern” approach make him a valuable advisor for the firm’s clients.
Jason holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
