Ricardo Davila

Ricardo worked for 4 years at the Instituto Multidisciplinar de Empresa (IME) as head of operations, coordinating the areas of training, research, and consulting, participating in various business valuation and strategic consulting projects.

In 2017, he founded Empresax, an M&A boutique distinguished by the application of innovative methodologies and technology. In recent years he has led and participated in more than 20 projects for the sale of companies, valuation, and strategic consulting, especially in the food and beverage sector, organic farming, construction, technology, and services. He is co-founder of the Mergers and Acquisitions Podcast, interviewing owners, managers, and investors of the main companies, startups, and private equity investors.

In 2023, he joins IMAP – Albia Capital as a partner in the Madrid office.

He has a Business Administration and Law degree from the University of Salamanca (USAL). MBA in Family Business Management at IME Business School (USAL). He has taken several courses on ESG at the Training School of the Fundación de Estudios Financieros (FEF).
