IMAP REDBAENK advises MIRRA czech and MIRRA TRADE on its sale to Armogroup

IMAP is pleased to announce the sale of MIRRA czech and MIRRA TRADE (jointly MIRRA) to Armogroup.

ARMOGROUP is primarily focused on the production and assembly of concrete reinforcement and welded wire mesh to construction companies and precast reinforced concrete suppliers.
With this acquisition ARMOGROUP increased its capacity and offering in niche market segments such as spacers and anchors. Both companies target similar type of customers and therefore ARMOGROUP can now extend its offering.

MIRRA is a Czech distributor and partly also producer of construction components such as spacers and anchoring parts used in reinforced concrete structures. Main customers are precast reinforced concrete suppliers and construction companies.
